Cover Letters

Including a cover letter with your resume is now standard procedure when applying for a job. This workshop will teach you the basics of formatting your cover letter as well as answer the question - Why should I hire you? Learn how to grab the employer’s attention and point out why you, above all other applicants, should be contacted for a personal interview.

Interview Skills

One of the top mistakes people make in their job search is not being prepared for an interview. They go into the interview cold and “wing it” and then don’t understand why they are not getting job offers. The Interview Skills workshop is a hands-on approach to developing strategies to answer questions with confidence and authority. It’s all about practice, practice, practice.

Tutorials

The needs of our clients can be diverse. We have a variety of short tutorials called our “How To Series” designed to address your specific needs from how to effectively email a resume to how to conduct an informational interview. The Work-a-Tude© Workshop is specifically designed to help you deal with this cycle by building self-confidence and teaching ways to de-stress in a self-nurturing manner.
